The name Roslagen actually encompasses the whole of the archipelago. There are
a number of activities available such as boat trips, kayaking, canoeing,
fishing. All of these activities are experienced in the virginal setting of
Roslagen, where fishing and bathing are usually unrestricted. You can play
golf, visit museums and exhibitions. The list is endless.

The Linné garden is a flourishing oasis in the middle of Uppsala. There
are more than 1 300 different kinds of flowers and herbs in an eclectic mixture
of colours and scents, which were collected from all corners of the globe by
Linné and his disciples. Linné himself literally lived in the
garden, in a yellow brick house which has been made into a museum. The garden
is open all summer and if the weather is nice the café and the
conservatory are open. For a guided tour phone 018-10 94 90
