Sluring is a very old dish, with origins from far back in the annals of time. Sluring is a soup which has certain similarities to porridge as far a consistency is concerned. The main ingredients are meat, carrots, potatoes and flour.

Uppsala is highly recommended for its culinary skills and therefore is well worth a visit.
