Malmöhus Slott (castle)

The castle was built in Malmö between 1525 and 1529 on the ruins of a citadel. In the year 1658, when Skåne came under the swedish realm, it was enlarged. In 1928- 1932 Malmöhus became a part of the museums of Malmö.

Sofiero slott (castle)

Sofiero Castle (Swedish only) is the former king's summer residence. Very famous for its beautiful gardens. You can also see various art exhibitions. A first class restaurant inside the castle is a nice dinner suggestion.
