Sarek is the wildest and most primitive
national park. There are no marked trails and no mountain lodges. This is the
right place for the experienced hiker with good knowledge of map/compass
reading and other survival techniques. It's a challenge, but it's worth it!
Stora Sjöfallet and Padjelanta adjoin Sarek and are situated north
respective east of Sarek. In those two parks there are hiking trails and
cabins. These three parks are a wild region of astounding beauty.
