Sights and Attractions in Dalarna: Dalafjäll Hills
35 km north of Älvdalen and 25 km from the nearest shop - you are really
out in the wilds here! Refreshments available in lovely surroundings by
Lake Navardalssjön. Good fishing for salmon trout, alpine char etc. Surrounded
by hills. Primitive accommodation (14 beds), sauna, canoeing and boating.

Working Hill Farm, Foskdalsvallen, Särna
Life as it used to be lived - cows, fresh milk and freshly churned butter.
Fresh-baked bread and aromatic coffee. Animals roam free in the beautiful
pasture land setting.
Storvätteshågna, Grövelsjön
This is Dalarna's highest peak - 1,204 metres above sea level. 7 km
east of Lake Grövelsjön. Well-trodden footpaths take you to the top.
Töfsingdalen National Park, Grövelsjön
On the eastern side of the valley of the River Storån is Töfsingdalen
National Park with 1,365 hectares of wild and almost inaccessible but beautiful
and diverse country. Giant glacial boulders, dark ancient forests and crystal
clear streams.
