Boat rental in Bohuslän

When one knows that Bohuslän consists of 3 000 islands, 300 km of coastline and deep fjords , one quickly realises the convenience - and beauty! - of travelling by boat. In calm days one uses the quick offshore route and when the storm is roaring, there are exciting inshore fairways. There are numerous guest marinas, not to speak of the archipelago with free of charge anchoring. Choose an island and be a king of your own territory for a night. However, certain restrictions apply for some islands, which are military zones.

The rental boats range from small outboards with day rental, to 40-50 ft yachts rented by the week.

Boats are availible at a number of outlets in the Kungälv, Marstrand, Stenungssund, Tjörn, Orust, Uddevalla, Skaftö, Smögen, Tanum and Strömstad areas. Please contact the local tourist offices for further details.
